I have been waiting to post this for a while. If your like me and because of COVID-19 you have been leary about going to your gym for your workout classes, let me tell you, these bands are the greatest, when I worked at the office I used them at my desk and now working from home it continues. Then after work a more intense workout. They are so awesome, I love my Strong AF bands.

Hey beauties❤️ Those of you who don’t know who I am , let me tell you a little about myself. I am a momma to 3 rad children Kruz, Lux and Axl. I am a wife to an avid hunter/ fisherman who works so hard to provide for all of us. I am an athlete at heart and even though I continue to hit speed bumps with my health I will never let anything stop me from my goals. ( might take me a whole lot longer to achieve these days, but as long as I conquer then that’s all that matters) I love anything to do outdoors especially working out as nature is so healing to me❤️ My “ why” for my strong AF fabric resistance bands is because there was a day that all I did was lift weights, kettlebells as mentally it made me the happiest I could be..... then that was taken away with an injury, then taken away from chronic pain. So here I am trying to rehabilitate my injuries and I came across the most glorious piece of equipment that allowed me to continue my training ..... just in a different way. I’m so proud to say that my body is seeing changes, and I’m not in debilitating pain afterwards that keeps me bed ridden, like I would be post lifting workouts with heavy weight. I’m seeing great results and have amazing form while using the bands and mentally I’m satisfied too💪🏻😍 I hope to continue to share my love for the bands with the world and just maybe.... you would find the same love for them as I do❤️ The timing is perfect during covid when gyms have limited space, some aren’t overly excited about going in crowds, and well if you are anything like me, mentally the last few months have been so hard . Days where thinking of getting out of bed sounds like the hardest task in the world, smiling hurts because it’s not there and crying is all that I can do.
